Job Description:
ꔷ Conceptualization and execution of creative set designs that reflect the campaign theme, brand identity, and desired visual tone.
ꔷ Source, curate, and organize props to ensure readiness for production while maintaining cost-efficiency and aesthetic quality.
ꔷ Manage and maintain a comprehensive prop inventory and storage system for seamless access and usage across shoots.
ꔷ Collaborate closely with the Creative Lead to ensure cohesive visual direction and branding consistency.
ꔷ Create detailed moodboards, reference pegs, and visual guides for every shoot to align team members and stakeholders during pre-production.
ꔷ Support and delegate set preparation tasks to Video Production Assistants, ensuring smooth execution during ingress, shoot day, and egress.
Qualifications
ꔷ At least 1–2 years of experience in set design, production design, art direction, or a related creative field (creative portfolio required). (Can be in the field of Film, Theatre, Events, Interior)
ꔷ Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with spatial layouts and design trends.
ꔷ Experience with moodboarding, prop sourcing, and visual references.
ꔷ Effective coordination skills and a team player.
ꔷ Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines and multiple projects.
ꔷ Familiarity with video production processes is a plus.
