Job Description:
Oversee various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, payroll, employee records, and other HR-related matters.
Administer HR policies, employee training, and programs that support development towards achieving department and company objectives.
Develop and implement standard procedures in HR-related functions.
Identify process gaps and provide solutions
Provide solutions on complaints and inquiries
Training staff on HR policies, practices & procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in Business or HR.
3+ years related experience leading a team, preferably in HR Operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
