Job Description:
Post products and other promo materials to social media sites
Ensure quality on providing customer service and conflict resolution in social media platforms
Answer inquiries, get orders, and provide excellent customer service through chat software and emails.
Come up with content like descriptions and photos for the posts.
Perform live selling to shopping platforms
Perform and initiate promotional and marketing efforts to add new buyers every day.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Mass Communications or equivalent.
We also consider undergraduates who have previous related experience.
Must have experience in handling online store operations (both Lazada and Shopee)
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
Marketing mind and good in creating selling strategies.
Able to handle customers well.
