The AI Operations Specialist will manage and optimize AI-powered processes, coordinate operational workflows, and implement strategic projects to enhance overall efficiency. The role includes analyzing AI performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting sales and client initiatives from an operational perspective. The specialist will also ensure AI tools are tailored to address business needs effectively.
Must-Have
- Proven experience deploying AI tools in real business environments (beyond academic/personal projects)
- Fluency with at least 3 tools: Claude / ChatGPT prompt engineering, n8n or Make automation, Notion AI, Google Workspace AI, Dify or Coze agent building
- Strong communication skills to explain AI concepts/workflows to non-technical stakeholders
- Operations-first mindset: process-driven, SOP-focused, outcome-oriented
- Self-starter able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment
- Based in or willing to relocate to Metro Manila (Binondo, Manila - onsite)
Strongly Preferred
- Background in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or content production (TikTok Shop/short-form video experience ideal)
- Familiarity with API connections and basic webhook/JSON concepts
- Experience creating documentation, training materials, or internal knowledge bases
- Track record of measurable productivity improvements from AI deployments
Good to Have
- Working knowledge of Python for basic data/API tasks
- Experience with TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Analytics
- Exposure to Southeast Asia market dynamics, especially Philippine e-commerce
