Job Summary:
To ensure success, the HR Officer shall be equipped in creating, updating, and applying all HR policies and company guidelines and making sure they adhere to standards. The HR Officer may act as a bridge between employees and managers, and create or advise on the creation of policies around employee issues.
Job Description:
Track the status of disciplinary/administrative cases and labor cases.
Issuing NTE, NODS, and conducting administrative hearings
Ensures compliance with all legal/regulatory policies and requirements
Ensure fair and proper handling of all disciplinary and administrative proceedings
Formulates recommendations and updates policies in accordance with
Providing support in the various human resources and functions, which include recruitment and talent management
Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Legal Management, Human Resource Management, Political Science and other related degrees
Experienced in developing and administering policies and procedures.
Holds proper knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and its allied laws, rules and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
