Role Overview
We are seeking a sharp Accounting Generalist to handle a dynamic role blending day-to-day accounting, financial control, and end-to-end incentive management across our Group of Companies. You will ensure data accuracy, manage multi-company incentive payouts, and provide profitability insights to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Control & Audit: Review monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements (IS, BS, Cash Flow) for accuracy. Reconcile operational reports against financial books, support annual external audits, and maintain internal controls.
Profitability Analysis: Analyze client, project, and departmental profitability to provide strategic insights for management.
Incentive Management: Own the end-to-end incentive cycle (data extraction to final payout). Evaluate program effectiveness, generate growth trend reports, and forecast future payouts for cash flow management.
General Accounting: Assist with General Ledger tasks (expense tracking, fixed assets, transaction coding), full-cycle AP/AR, and daily bank reconciliations.
Compliance & Ad-Hoc: Handle ad-hoc tasks and occasionally represent the company on-site at local government agencies (BIR, SEC) for corporate compliance.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or financial analysis.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Knowledge of QuickBooks (QB) is a strong plus.
Core Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial reports, basic internal controls, and local government agency processes (BIR, SEC).
Key Attributes: Highly organized, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and clear verbal/written communication.
