The Influencer Marketing specialist will build and maintain relationships with influencers. The successful candidate will track and execute influencer marketing projects across various channels.
Job Description
Recruiting, retaining, and helping creators grow up with the brand.
Analyze & monitor KOL performance.
Maintaining good working relationships with influencers/KOLs for the implementation of campaigns.
Negotiate contracts and organization of influencer programs that are focused on driving revenue
Preparation of pitch deck and proposals
Lead influencer/KOL development plan according to brand image.
Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.
Monitoring customer feedback
Update of Weekly and Monthly Reports
Job Qualifications
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or the equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to analyze data, interpret marketing metrics, and generate insight
Experience managing micro-influencer programs and communities
Able to contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
