Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for day-to-day operation of the online stores (Shopee and Lazada platforms)
2. Monitors and ensures that all transactions in assigned online platform/s are well monitored (Sales After sales Claims)
3. Assists Account Executive and Product Specialist with everyday task and activities
4. Obtains and evaluates all relevant information in order to handle inquiries and complaints well
5. Deals directly with customers via call, text or chat
6. Assists in the coordination to other department such as Graphic Design -editing needed banner for Shopee and Lazada
7. Monitors customer’s feedback and review
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Mass Communications, or equivalent.
Must have experience in handling online store operations (both Lazada and Shopee)
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
We also consider undergraduates who have previous related experience.
Business-minded and good at creating selling strategies.
Able to handle customers well.
