Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Office Maintenance Technician with expertise in electrical systems to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the office environment is functional, safe, and well-maintained. You will perform general maintenance tasks, as well as troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance of office spaces, including plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems such as lighting, wiring, outlets, and equipment.
  • Perform minor carpentry, painting, and mechanical work as needed.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain maintenance equipment and supplies.
  • Assist in facility upgrades and renovations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician, with hands-on electrical repair skills.
  • Certification or proven knowledge in electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with general maintenance tasks (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
  • Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve technical issues.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
