Job Description:
Coordinate with clients regarding their inquiries and concerns
Perform ERP software training sessions and presentations to clients
Assist in troubleshooting computer, software, & network issues.
Actively communicate with different departments in devising solutions to streamline processes
Work on company ERP Software
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or any college degree equivalent.
Knowledgeable on warehouse and e-commerce fulfillment
Willing to go field work if needed
Good communication skills
Other duties/projects, as needed.
