Active involvement in shaping the candidate journey from screening and interviewing to providing feedback and negotiating offers.
Interview potential employees to determine if they would be a good fit for the organization’s culture and needs
Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
Responsible for arranging and conducting interviews and implementing screening assessments
Applying expertise and knowledge in sourcing candidates
Maintain ATS to track and build a database of candidate records and talent pool
Active involvement in shaping the candidate journey from screening and interviewing through to providing feedback and negotiating offers of employment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, and Human Resources
Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong, effective verbal and written communication skills
Experience in sourcing methods (Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others)
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
One or more years of successful volume recruiting experience in tech profile and digital talents
