Essential Functions

  • Campaign planning: Working with account manager and clients to understand their goals and target audiences, then developing and implementing media strategies 

  • Managing budgets: Maintaining a campaign budget and managing media expenditures 

  • Tracking performance: Using data and analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance 

  • Adjusting strategies: Making changes to the plan as needed to ensure maximum ROI 

  • Reporting: Keeping clients updated on campaign strategies and results 

  • Researching: Keeping up to date with industry research figures and new technologies 

  • Collaborating: Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals 

  • Creating reports: Building client reports and internal account analysis.

  • Website Traffic


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Good communication skills with clients and the creative team. Organized self-starter with a penchant for data-driven decision-making. Exceptional organizational skills and works well under pressure.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • At Least one year of experience in the digital marketing field.

  • Previous media buying experience in TikTok, Meta, Google

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
