Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for day-to-day operation of the online stores (Shopee and Lazada, Tiktok shop platforms)
Monitors and ensures that all transactions in assigned online platform/s are well monitored (Sales After sales Claims)
Assists in office and other clerical tasks
Obtains and evaluates all relevant information in order to handle inquiries and complaints well
Deals directly with customers via call, text or chat
Assists in the coordination to other departments such as Graphic Design -editing needed banner for Shopee and Lazada
Monitors customer’s feedback and review
Qualifications:
Must have experience in handling online store operations (both Lazada and Shopee)
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
We also consider undergraduates who have previous related experience.
Business-minded and good at creating selling strategies.
Able to handle customers well.
