Are you highly observant, detail-oriented, and experienced in monitoring operations?
We are looking for a highly alert QA & Compliance Monitor to act as the "eyes and ears" of our dynamic live-streaming studio. Unlike a traditional corporate desk job, this role is highly active. You will be responsible for physical and virtual roving, monitoring CCTV feeds, and ensuring our live streamers strictly follow company guidelines, scripts, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
If you have a background as a CCTV Operator, Security Guard, Loss Prevention Officer, or Building Administrator, your skills are exactly what we need to maintain high standards and operational discipline on our studio floor!
Active Roving & Monitoring: Conduct continuous physical walkthroughs of studio rooms and monitor live stream feeds and CCTV to ensure seamless operations.
SOP & Policy Enforcement: Inspect live streaming sessions in real-time to guarantee streamers are following dress codes, behavior protocols, and brand guidelines.
Instant Incident Reporting: Quickly spot and flag process deviations, unauthorized activities, or inappropriate behavior on the studio floor.
Log & Document: Maintain accurate shift logs, QA scorecards, and incident reports.
Investigate Issues: Review recorded live sessions and CCTV footage to verify compliance disputes or quality issues.
Collaborate for Quality: Work directly with Studio Managers and Team Leads to report violations and help implement immediate corrective actions.
Workspace Audits: Ensure studio equipment, props, and streaming environments are used properly and maintained according to facility rules.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an active monitoring role (e.g., CCTV Operator, Security Guard, Loss Prevention, Building Administrator, or similar).
Sharp Observational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain focus over long shifts.
Authority & Integrity: The confidence to enforce rules objectively and report violations without hesitation.
Communication Skills: Clear and straightforward written and verbal communication for accurate incident logging.
Tech-Savvy Basics: Comfortable using computers, digital logs, and basic reporting tools.
Flexibility (Must-Have): Willingness to work 6 days a week, fully on-site. You must be available for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
