Job Description:
Answering and directing incoming phone calls to relevant staff
Assists and does simple troubleshooting IT concerns
Scheduling meetings and appointments
Taking notes and minutes in meetings
Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
Work on day to day issues with facilities and building admin.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
working knowledge of Google Docs
Certificate in Business Administration
Bachelor in Business Administration
At Least 6 months of experience in the same field
