Essential Functions
- Provide executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and attending meetings.
- Liaison between the executive team, mid-management, associates, and clients
- Manage confidential information and ensure a high level of discretion.
- Assist with tasks or other duties as assigned by the executive team.
- Capture comprehensive meeting minutes with precision and clarity.
- Ensure timely dissemination of meeting minutes to core members.
- Facilitate seamless communication and coordination among meeting attendees.
- Monitor and track tasks delegated to managers and direct reports.
- Proactively escalate task issues through incident management protocols.
- Provide timely reminders and follow-ups on impending deadlines to maintain alignment with organizational goals.
- Undertake ad hoc assignments as delegated by the Executive.
- Serve as a reliable backup for executive team members as needed.
