Do you possess a sharp financial acumen with a strong focus on Profit & Loss (P&L) management? Crucially, do you have hands-on experience in expanding multi-store operations nationwide, demonstrating your expertise in developing and implementing robust SOPs for large-scale growth? We're a leading social commerce agency in the Philippines, working with top-tier clients like Nestle, P&G, Unilever, and Coca-Cola. We specialize in brand live selling event outsourcing and enablement, as well as e-commerce short video outsourcing and production for brands. We're seeking a Managing Director to report directly to the CEO, with the potential to advance to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) role.

What You'll Do


As our Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing our day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of our services, and driving our growth strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of our live selling and short video production services, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

  • P&L Management: Take ownership of the operational P&L, focusing on revenue generation, cost optimization, and overall profitability.

  • National & Regional Expansion Strategy: Leverage your experience in nationwide multi-store expansion to develop and implement scalable operational frameworks for our services, enabling rapid growth.

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

  • Process Optimization: Design, implement, and refine robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support nationwide consistency and efficiency, ensuring seamless scalability of our operations.

  • Strategic Growth: Work closely with the CEO to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company.

  • Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

  • System Implementation: Drive the effective utilization of systems and technology to improve operational workflows and data-driven decision-making, supporting expansion efforts.




What We're Looking For


  • Extensive Retail Multi-Store Management Experience: You have a strong background in managing multiple retail locations, demonstrating expertise in operations, sales, and team leadership.

  • Proven P&L Responsibility: You have a track record of successfully managing P&L statements, driving revenue growth, and controlling costs within a business unit or multiple locations.

  • Nationwide Expansion Expertise (SOP & Scalability): You possess in-depth, hands-on experience in expanding multi-store operations across a nation, including the development and successful implementation of comprehensive SOPs and scalable systems for rapid growth.

  • Bilingual Proficiency: You are fluent in both English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, to facilitate communication with diverse clients and partners.

  • Proven Leadership: You're a natural leader with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.

  • Strategic Thinker: You can analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and contribute to long-term business strategies.
