Job Description:
Overall management of online channels (Shopee and Lazada) including customer communications
Answer inquiries and provide excellent customer service through chat software and emails.
Use on-page and off-page marketing tools to boost online store sales.
Come up with content like descriptions and photos for the posts.
Strategize and implement marketing campaigns and activities to boost and generate sales
Contact and negotiate with clients to address inquiries and store improvement
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Mass Communications, or equivalent.
Must have experience in handling online store operations (both Lazada and Shopee)
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
We also consider undergraduates who have previous related experience.
Business-minded and good at creating selling strategies.
Able to handle customers well.
