Job Description

1. Campaign Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement TikTok advertising strategies aligned with business goals (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, sales).

  • Identify target audiences and create tailored ad campaigns to reach them effectively.

  • Stay updated on TikTok trends, features, and best practices to ensure campaigns are innovative and engaging.


2. Ad Creation & Management:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging ad content (videos, images, copy) optimized for TikTok’s platform.

  • Set up, launch, and manage TikTok ad campaigns, including budgeting, bidding, and targeting.

  • Monitor and optimize campaigns in real-time to maximize ROI and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).


3. Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using TikTok Ads Manager and other analytics tools.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, targeting, and strategies.


4. Audience Engagement & Community Building:

  • Leverage TikTok’s unique features (e.g., hashtags, challenges, influencers) to enhance campaign reach and engagement.

  • Monitor user interactions and feedback to improve ad relevance and brand perception.


5. Budget Management:

  • Manage ad spend efficiently to ensure campaigns stay within budget while achieving desired outcomes.

  • Forecast and allocate budgets for upcoming campaigns based on historical performance and business objectives.


6. Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, content, sales, etc.) to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

  • Communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications

1. Education & Experience:

  • Open to fresh graduates

  • Bachelor's Degree in: Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Public Relations, Business, or related fields with a specialization in digital or media.

  • Internships/Relevant Experience in marketing, advertising, or media is a significant advantage. 


2. Skills:

  • Technical Skills: must be willing to learn the ins and outs of the platforms used by the organization.

    • Advertising Platforms: Familiarity or hands-on experience with major paid advertising platforms, such as:

      • TikTok Ads

      • Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram)

      • Other platforms like Google Ads (Search & Display), LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic advertising is a bonus.


  • Analytics and Reporting Tools:

    • Google Analytics

    • Platform-specific analytics (e.g., Meta/Twitter/LinkedIn Insights).

    • Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting, and PowerPoint/Google Slides for presentations.
