Job Summary:
This role is responsible for ensuring that our client’s goals and needs are met, in line with their marketing/sales account strategy.
Job Description:
• Lead, manage, and optimize campaigns aimed at achieving specific Client ROI metrics.
• Gathering a thorough understanding of the client’s business, objectives, in turn identifying opportunities for account growth
• Define, implement and monitor a strategic and tactical plan for these clients
• Define a short, medium and long term business plan with the client
• Respond to client enquiries by email, phone, and face-to-face presentations.
• Working to resolve any client requests or issues; escalating as needed
• Staying up-to-date with the trends and tools to help identify opportunities for the client
Qualifications:
• BS Marketing, Business Administration and other related courses.
• Analytical skills, proficient in data analysis
• Proven work experience in strategic role
• Knows how to make a marketing plan or proposal
• Can do goal setting framework
• Problem solving abilities, identifying challenges and formulating solutions
• Good in written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with market trends and competitor activities to develop insights and recommendations
