About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to spearhead new client acquisition, cultivate strategic partnerships, and drive significant revenue growth. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who excels in a fast-paced, creative environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development, with a preference for experience within the advertising, media, or digital services industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through both outbound prospecting and inbound lead channels.

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging industry trends and understand potential client needs.

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets.

2. Pitching & Proposal Development

  • Craft compelling pitch decks, presentations, and proposals that are specifically tailored to address client goals and demonstrate value.

  • Lead discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients to deeply understand their pain points and effectively offer customized solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including creative, strategy, and operations to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions and alignment with company capabilities.

3. Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

  • Ensure a smooth and effective handover of newly signed clients to the account management teams.

  • Actively attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and expand its reach.

4. Sales Reporting & Strategy

  • Track and report on key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline value, and client acquisition costs.

  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to inform and improve offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning.

  • Contribute to strategic planning, growth forecasting, and market expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 4–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally within the advertising, media, or digital services industry.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and managing sales pipelines.

  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
