Job Description

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

  • Participate in client presentations and meetings to strengthen the agency-client relationship.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow client businesses, generate revenue, and meet client objectives.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, 

  • Supervise and develop goals for the accounts team and business growth and ensure they are met.

  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

  • Analysis and identification of upcoming needs and opportunities in the related industry

Job Qualifications

  •  Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • The ability to analyze data, interpret marketing metrics, and generate insights 

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  •  Must have minimum 2 years in supervisory/managerial capacity.
