Job Description
Develop and execute the sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Participate in client presentations and meetings to strengthen the agency-client relationship.
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow client businesses, generate revenue, and meet client objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions,
Supervise and develop goals for the accounts team and business growth and ensure they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Analysis and identification of upcoming needs and opportunities in the related industry
Job Qualifications
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to analyze data, interpret marketing metrics, and generate insights
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Must have minimum 2 years in supervisory/managerial capacity.
