1. Job Summary
As the Human Resources Manager for our dynamic advertising agency, you'll be the architect of all people - related strategies. Your role is pivotal in driving the agency's growth by attracting, developing, and retaining top - tier talent, while fostering a high - performance, creative work environment.
2. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies tailored to the advertising industry. This includes sourcing candidates for roles such as copywriters, graphic designers, account managers, and media planners.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, industry associations, and recruitment platforms to ensure a steady pipeline of fresh and experienced talent.
- Conduct in - depth interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to assess cultural fit and creative capabilities.
Employee Development
- Identify training and development needs across the agency. Design and implement programs to enhance employees' skills in areas like digital marketing, emerging advertising technologies, and creative thinking.

Performance Management
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, working with managers to set clear, measurable goals for each role.

3. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 5 - 8 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the advertising or creative industry.
- In - depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
