Ecommerce Project Associate (Urgent Hiring)

We are looking for an organized project specialist to set project goals and ensure that the project is completed according to schedule. The project specialist is also responsible for scheduling meetings and documenting project decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and Develop the Project Idea

• Evaluate and Project Performance

• Tracking of overall project tasks to ensure on time implementation

• Coordinate with Team Lead Live sellers in monitoring the project progress and Set Deadlines

• Create project schedules

• Ensure project KPI, budget, and deadlines are met

• Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction

• Record important decisions made in meetings

• Prepare progress reports 

• Ad hoc tasks assigned by superior

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent planning and time management skills.

• Team Player

• Graduate of any related course 

• Willing to work in Binondo

• Willing to work Monday to Saturday
