Role Description
The Mandarin - Account Manager (Chinese Student/Fresh Grad) is a full-time, on-site role based in Manila, responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, particularly with Mandarin-speaking clients. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients to understand their business goals, translating these needs into clear digital marketing strategies, and monitoring campaign performance to ensure objectives are met. The role involves preparing reports, presentations, and proposals, as well as collaborating closely with internal marketing and design teams to deliver high-quality campaigns. The Account Manager will handle client inquiries, provide timely updates, and support project planning and execution from briefing through to completion. This position also includes maintaining accurate documentation, assisting with market research focused on Chinese-speaking markets, and contributing to continuous improvement of account management processes.
