Job Description

Retail Store Operation Consultant leads a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, assisting in setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building their team.


Responsibilities:


  • Determining the scope of operational improvement initiatives via consultation and evaluation.

  • Developing operational improvement strategies.

  • Recommending cost-effective solutions to operational challenges.

  • Evaluating existing operations and developing appropriate strategies.

  • Assist in setting and implementing performance standards across all stores.

  • Create sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives

  • Support Studio Managers with day-to-day store operation

  • Assist in evaluating studio and individual performances

  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits

  • Coordinate with other departments in identifying hiring needs, selection and training of new salespeople

  • Analyze market trends and discover new opportunities for growth

  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions

  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition

  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction

  • Provide training manual for salespeople


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in management science, business administration, or in a related field.

  • Proven experience as an area manager for stores of a similar size.

  • Capacity to lead with poise and conviction.

  • Ability to devise relevant and innovative strategies.

  • Strong supervisory, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Extensive knowledge of operational enhancement strategies.
