Job Description
Retail Store Operation Consultant leads a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, assisting in setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building their team.
Responsibilities:
Determining the scope of operational improvement initiatives via consultation and evaluation.
Developing operational improvement strategies.
Recommending cost-effective solutions to operational challenges.
Evaluating existing operations and developing appropriate strategies.
Assist in setting and implementing performance standards across all stores.
Create sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
Support Studio Managers with day-to-day store operation
Assist in evaluating studio and individual performances
Forecast quarterly and annual profits
Coordinate with other departments in identifying hiring needs, selection and training of new salespeople
Analyze market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Provide training manual for salespeople
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in management science, business administration, or in a related field.
Proven experience as an area manager for stores of a similar size.
Capacity to lead with poise and conviction.
Ability to devise relevant and innovative strategies.
Strong supervisory, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Extensive knowledge of operational enhancement strategies.
