The successful hire will devise training projects and engagement activities to shape and build strategies that will help us retain and develop high-performing employees.
Job Description:
Design and deliver employee training programs
Conduct skills gap analysis to determine personnel development needs
Manage the maintenance and execution of the performance management system
Ensure that organization talent management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
Developing and implementing employee retention programmes or strategies
Initiate engagement in the workforce to ensure motivation and retention
Promote the company culture, plan and organize staff activities, create a positive team atmosphere and enhance team cohesion.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Analytical, and with strong planning and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint Presentations.
Experience in performance management, training, and development or equivalent
